Most Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Pledging
 _________________________________________________________________________________

How long Is the pledging process? And am I required to stay the full time?:

The pledging process for each line is exactly six weeks long. While pledging, you are to remain in the pledge house at all times while you are online. If you have any circumstances that will cause any conflict, please inform the pledge mistress during your interview. Failure to abide by the rules can lead to immediate termination from the line.

Why is there a pledging fee?:

The mandatory 500 L$ pledging fee covers all materials/services needing to complete the pledging process and cross over into the sorority. This fee covers the cost of your room at the pledge house, DJ for probate, crossing, photos, custom jacket, paddles, and any other materials/services needed in order to cross successfully. This fee is also to ensure that individuals are taking the pledging process seriously and not wasting our time.

What if I have an emergency and can not complete pledging?:

Any emergencies must be relayed to the pledge mistress via Facebook or in-world. If you are unable to complete the pledging process, you 500 L$ can be transferred to the next season's pledge line. You have between 30-60 days to re-apply before your dues are forfeited. No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

What should I wear to my interview?:

The dress code for the in-world interview is business professional. You must treat the interview process as if this is a real life interview. No overly provocative attire allowed. You will be ejected and declined an interview if not in appropriate attire.

What if I miss a day?:

As a part of the pledging process you are required to attend a minimum of at least 2 hours a day online. If you are unable to complete a day or log on, you must give notice to your pledge mistress. Before returning, you must complete your task for that day. If it is a group task, you are responsible for contacting the pledge mistress for an alternative individual assignment. Missing 2 or more days a week subjects you to dismissal from the pledge line.

Do you accept male avatars or masculine avis?

We do not under any circumstances accept male into our organization. We treat our organization like a real organization and men are not permitted to join real sororities unless legally transitioned. If you have a masculine avi, you must be willing to accept out dress code and follow standard attire for events. Because our organization has a very feminine look, you would have to be comfortable and accepting of feminine attire. We under no circumstance will ever discriminate based on sexual orientation.

Is there an age limit?

You must be between the ages of 18 and 45 in order to join the organization. If you are older and would not mind joining a younger sorority, we are willing to make exceptions but you must be over 18 to join.

How do I apply:

and fill out the application in it's entirety. Once completed, make sure to check your inventory on Second Life for a note card informing you if you have been selected to move forward with an interview. Schedule and complete your in-world interview by the deadline to be considered.

What requirements do I have to meet to be accepted?:
